I never felt pressured and he worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and answered every question I had. Chuck also worked very hard to find a better deal then I went in pre-approved with! My 2011 Kia Optima's battery was dead and I needed help quickly! Within 30 minutes Kia Roadside Assistance had sent someone to assess the problem and jump the battery. Jose Gandara met me there and offered to take care of the problem. He estimated how much time it would take and I decided to wait in the lounge until it was finished. Although we ended the day with a new car, I would not count this as a great experience. We were shifted amongst three salesman and spent three hours nogotiating a deal only to find out that their attenti count this as a great experience. We were shifted amongst three salesman and spent three hours nogotiating a deal only to find out that their attention to detail and texting while conducting businesses resulted in bad informtation and a deal that they could not honor. this cost us another hour in delays and inconvience to our friends who purchased our used car and had to wait around while we tried to repair the deal that have been presented to us incorrectly.
