The 36 month lease was up on our 2011 Kia Sorento EX and we decided to trade it in on another brand new Kia lease. I searched a myriad of Kia Dealership websites for inventory, price and customer service an we decided to trade it in on another brand new Kia lease. I searched a myriad of Kia Dealership websites for inventory, price and customer service and I made the decision to call Mark Kia in Scottsdale, AZ after finding the right vehicle at the right price. A woman named Jenna, answered the phone and she was very cordial and friendly. I asked to speak to someone in sales and a salesman named, Cameron Buck, answered the call. I am glad to say that from the vey first conversation with Cameron over the phone that the third check mark was fulfilled (customer service). Cameron was polite, friendly and compassionate towards all my inquiries and requests. He answered my questions quickly, accurately and in detail. I spoke to Cameron multiple times over a 3 to 4 day period before driving 140 miles to go see him and make the deal on our new 2013 Kia Soul Exclaim. We got the vehicle we wanted, for the price we wanted, with the terms we wanted, and it was even more loaded-up with options than we could have ever imagined! He was never pushy and never gave me the all-too-common...sales pitch! He listened to what my wife and I wanted and remained engaged, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire transaction, from start to finish, and even followed-up after the sale to make sure we were happy and problem free. Reflecting on this experience, I realize that Cameron wanted to build a lasting relationship with my family and I truly appreciate his demeanor, ethics and amazing customer service. He was concerned about my wife and I being happy and well informed with our purchase, first and foremost, and his approach was greatly appreciated and the reason I am writing this review. My wife enjoyed speaking with Jenna, who was in the Business Development Department. She made my wife feel extra comfortable during our visit there, and was compassionate and friendly. I have purchased and/or leased a lot of vehicles over the years, and this is my fourth Kia. This was the greatest sales and purchase experience I have ever had. I highly recommend the Kia product to anyone. I highly recommend Mark Kia Dealership for your Kia purchase and I can't say enough superior, quality comments about our salesman, Cameron Buck. If you are looking to purchase or lease a new or used vehicle I urge you to please give this guy a call. He will make the car buying experience fun, exciting, and seamless. Richard Brennan was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted then scoured the lot to find it. There was no back and forth with the pricing like I've experienced in the past at dealerships. Richard was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all the features taking the time to explain the difference between them. Richard is also very personable. We were there for some time while he was finding the vehicle I wanted and made sure we were fed and had drinks while we waited. Very nice touch, Richard. He checked in on us and let us know what was happening through the entire process. He found me the exact car I wanted and I'm absolutely delighted. I also had the opportunity to meet with Barry and he too was very straightforward to deal with and just like Richard. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with. Before I left the car was beautifully detailed with my personalized plate in place on the front and a full tank of gas. I purchased a beautiful 2014 Sorento EX and LOVE IT! I drove off the lot feeling amazing about purchase and delighted with my experience at the dealership. I'd highly recommend purchasing a car from Richard. Thank you! More
traded in 2012 lx optima for 2013 lx. told NO CHANGE , but 2012 did have a spoiler and 2013 none?? NO CHANGE???? If I was told the truth I may have bought another model or bought my own spoiler. A practice of deception is not a good way to sell cars It eventually will catch up to you. Im sure Mark would never let this happen considering I bought 3 cars from him this year! More
After dealing with four other dealerships and almost ready to give up we stopped at Mark Kia on the way home.We were tired and hungry and were really surprised with the way we were treated.I have dealt ready to give up we stopped at Mark Kia on the way home.We were tired and hungry and were really surprised with the way we were treated.I have dealt with car salesman before,then I met Richard Brannan.This guy impressed me from the begining.After explaining what I had been through and what I was looking for he definately delivered.This was Saturday night,getting late,Richard ordered pizzas from Rosaties.Too cool.He hooked me up not only with the fiqure I was willing to walk out the door with but also many extras to sweeten the deal.My lady and me arrived home at 1:00 am with a brand new Kia Rio.Manageable payments and a pleasurable experience made this all worthwhile..Even JJ, the man who finalized the contract with me was awesome.This is the kind of dealership where I will tell my friends about and do repeat business with. I spoke with him over the phone for about 20mins maybe more. Not once did he make me feel rushed or a waste of time. Barry spoke to me about every concern I had. Was upfront with me. He gave me assurance that Mark Kia was the place to come. Friendly guy and great employee. When we got to Mark Kia on Saturday January 5th, 2013 we met with Don Sefton. Don was aware we were coming in and once we pulled up and was right there. Got out of our vehicle and he smiled and said "Good Morning". We talked abit then went on looking for a vehicle. Not once did he push us to look at one particular vehicle. We wanted an SUV and right away he went to SUV's. Within minutes we found the one to test drive. Went for a spin. Don was very friendly during the whole transaction. The greeting, test drive to the paperwork. So happy we got him as a salesman. Next we went to financing. We dealt with two guys. JJ & Jonny. Both were speedy and worked everything out. One got the approval the other wrote it up to have me sign papers. I never dealt with such a friendly easy going dealership. They don't push. They don't look down upon you. They were all absolutely wonderful. I wish I would of went to Mark Kia a lot sooner. If you are in the market go see Don Sefton. You won't be let down! More
I have driven Kia's for the past 10 yrs and will never own another one again due to the experience at Mark Kia. To make a long story short our salesman told us (my wife and I) that the van we purchased w own another one again due to the experience at Mark Kia. To make a long story short our salesman told us (my wife and I) that the van we purchased was on the way to the dealership. About 3.5 hrs later we were told by the sales manager that the van had in fact not even left the other lot. To pour salt in the wound we were told 1 hr later that the van we had been patiently waiting for we could not get anyway due to the fact that it was a demo. After 6 hrs of being at that god forsaken dealership we left to go home in a van that still was not ours due to the fact it still was not there. Finally, the next morning I was scheduled to pick up the van at 1030 and wouldn't you know it, it was not ready for me until 1115 after screaming at everyone in the dealership. Nothing but lazy, unknowledgeable thieves in that place. Please do your homework before coming here and don't let the 4.6/5 rating fool you. More
