We had been to 3 other dealerships over the past few days and twice the car got sold from underneath us. I called in asking if the ford focus was still available that was on the internet, I spoke with Aaron and twice the car got sold from underneath us. But he told me about 3 other cars that were on the lot and ready to drive. My son and I drove all the way from the west side of town and it was worth the drive. Aaron and Barry gave me the best deal in town and even filled up my gas tank! I will be sending all of my friends and family to see Aaron because he didn't go back and fourth with the numbers and worked around my needs. He got me everything I askked for, UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! I was very happy with my experience in buying our 2010 Kia Sedona at Mark Kia. I am usually apprenhensive to use a dealer for my general maintenance due to experiences in the past. I decided to try out the Service Department at Mark Kia since my buying experience went so well. I have taken my vehicle there two times now and everything was awesome. I was greated warmly when I arrived and the Service Manager asked me if there was anything that needed addressed with my vehicle. I told him what I had noticed and he wrote everything done on the service sheet. My vehicle was serviced quickly and they were able to fix, without cost, the issues I had with how the vehicle was performing. All work has been professional and prompt. I will continue to take my vehicle to Mark Kia for service work, and I will buy my next vehicle from them as well. More

My wife and I were trying to decide between a KIA and a Prius. Part of my evaluation included analyzing the delta in mileage. Bob who was our salesman was without a doubt the most accommodating car salesman I ever dealt with. I am 74 and have purchased many cars in my lifetime including Ford, Plymouth, Chevy, Porches, Lexus, Jeep, Pontiac, and Mercedes. His courtesy and patients was amazing. His accommodation to even deliver the car to my door was very much appreciated. Near the end of the transaction something came up that was a very possible deal breaker but I can honestly say it was because of how Bob handled that and everything else that I decided to go ahead with the deal. This man is top drawer and I highly recommend him. He made the purchase a very pleasant transaction. More

When they did not have direct knowledge they informed me of this point and quickly returned my call with the best information available. There were no unplesant suprises in the entire experience. Everyone was prompt and friendly, they explained everything and answered questions. The vehicle price was extremely fair and better quality than I had anticipated. As an example on this we were looking at another dealership at the same vehicle and the prices were comparable but the condition of the vans were very different. This experience alone will guarantee that I will come to Mark KIA first when I am in the market for another vehicle. More

I would refer friends and family to them for future purchases. There were some issues with the vehicle on purchase as the AC did not work which we talked about previous to purchase. We agreed to have this fixed before purchasing the vehicle. When we left, we noticed that the moonroof opens when you power off the vehicle. There were a few issues with getting it fixed, but Josh the General Manager was awesome and agreed to do what was promised. I worked with Brandy from the service department who owned the issue and has been very on task, updating me every step of the way. I can't thank her enough. I get teary eyed just thinking about it. So now my AC is fixed and the moonroof is in the process of being fixed. I am very happy with Mark Mitsubishi Kia. Thank you so much. More
