I continue to come back to this location because they treat me so well and really take care of me. I had a problem with my car about a year ago that I couldn't figure out. I had gone to Big 0 Tires and spent a lot of money (close to $1000) and the problem still wasn't fixed. I went to Mark Kia and they fixed it with 1 visit. And then when a light went on I brought it back and they fixed the whole thing for free (it was related to the same problem). Always am treated with respect and feel like I can trust my car with them and they won't try to rip me off. More

The firt time I went in for service the person I dealt with was not very freindly. His attitude got even worse after I said I would not get all the work done now because i just dont have the money. Always feel like I am getting an honest deal and quality work. And the coffee in the waiting room is very good. I received a letter stating that my new Kia Sorento had optional updating available. I made the appointment the day before they were very accommodating. My vehicle repeatedly malfunctioned to the point where it was inoperable, which led to it being towed into Mark Kia for service. Allen, in the service department, called me first thing/next morning to advise was inoperable, which led to it being towed into Mark Kia for service. Allen, in the service department, called me first thing/next morning to advise that my vehicle was delivered, diagnosed, and repaired (partially... I'm waiting for parts to come in.) Allen was very knowledgeable and helpful. My issues, thus far, have been resolved in a speedy manner, and I would very much recommend that you ask for Allen when visiting Mark Kia's service dept. (The other service dept. employees were not very helpful or knowledgeable during my time of need, when my brand new 2011 Kia Optima wouldn't start on several occassions... twice when I was out-of-state and anotehr time in 117 degree Phoenix weather, leaving me stranded and on my own to resolve! Simply tipping me off on how to bypass the keyless ingition switch would've been nice!) More

Came here to swap our SUV for an advertised vehicle on their website. We did our research and knew our vehicles worth ahead of time. However, upon arrival they, of course, did not have that specific car a their website. We did our research and knew our vehicles worth ahead of time. However, upon arrival they, of course, did not have that specific car available nor any way to match that deal advertised--we would have bought if they were willing to match their advertised deal. Upon inquiring as to why it was still on their website we got a small reminder about how long it takes to update website--however, I do web design and development and know otherwise (not on the level of a car dealership though). We waited a hour for our vehicle to get trade appraised which was far too long to begin with. When we explained we did not want to test drive a car without first discussing numbers I was mildly yelled at and told to sit down. How he has spent all this time with us and they are sure to have something we would like. All in all, we looked at cars valued at over $6k over what our car was worth and we weren't willing to take that dive into car payments. We were told they would make us a deal... yada yada yada. Nothing materialized to our liking. So we left. More
