We've owned our 25 Carnival for a few months now and, aside from a minor battery issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently by the dealership, we are extremely happy with the vehicle. It's been a gr aside from a minor battery issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently by the dealership, we are extremely happy with the vehicle. It's been a great vehicle experience overall. However, I wanted to share our experience with the dealership's post-purchase survey process. After purchasing the vehicle, we were invited to return to the dealership to complete a customer satisfaction survey with the assistance of a staff member. We were told the survey was complex and that their help would ensure we completed it correctly. We were also offered a gift card for our time. While the offer seemed appealing, the process was ultimately disappointing. Upon arriving at the dealership, a staff member filled out the entire survey for us. We were then told the gift card would be mailed to us. Despite completing this process in early November, we have yet to receive the promised gift card. While our vehicle purchase experience and the quick resolution of the battery issue were positive, this experience with the survey process has left us feeling misled. I would advise other customers to be aware of this process and manage their expectations accordingly. More
