This was by far, the most seamless and easiest car buying experience I've had. I knew what car I wanted, and I knew I wanted to do a lease. We communicated via text about the details, I submitted a credit app and within 30 minutes he had a deal put together in writing which was exactly what I wanted. My husband and I drover over to the dealership, test drove the car and completed the deal. I am beyond thrilled with my new car and the outstanding service I received. While the finance department was preparing my paperwork, my new car was being all detailed (even though it looked perfect to begin with, lol). By the time the paperwork was completed, my car was ready, and Jonathan showed me all the technical stuff about my 2023 Stinger and how to operate everything. He made sure I had his work number and personal cell in case I didn't know how to use something or had any questions about the car. Juan Rodriquez in finance was also great to work with. He explained everything carefully and was very quick to get my paperwork completed. I think from arrival to departing in my new car, I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours, which included testing driving the car, learning about all the features, accepting their offer, and completing the financing paperwork. Another thing I liked is that this dealership did not add on a ton of extras, most of which I wouldn't want. I've looked at this car at other dealers and they add so much extra stuff that it jacks up the price quite a bit. The things they added were things of value such as the Low Jack system and tinted windows and still kept the price reasonable. It was a very pleasurable experience!! More

Over the last few months I have been trying and trying to trade out of my car. Sure enough less than a few hours after contacting him I was driving away in a brand new 2023 Kia Forte. I did not have to go into the dealership during the beginning and he took as much information as he could from me until I had to bring my trade since I was working. All the other dealerships just kept asking what time do I want to set a appointment, but DeMarko listened to me and gave me an idea of what to look forward to. He said he would stay late until I get off work to help with the appraisal of my car. He was personable and professional.
