I have always been extremely happy with Mark Mitsubishi; that is why I've bought 2 cars there over the past 6 yeras, and have all my service on them done there. We schedule our service appointments online, and when we get to the dealership, the service tech is always friendly and has our paperwork ready to go. The work that has been done on our car has always been done in a timely manner. The waiting room is clean, and they always have a variety of magazines, and popcorn for the customers who are waiting. When I arrived I was greated promptly and I it was a mechanic I have seen before he was very nice and the Service Manager is wonderful as well.
