It's because of Jose's attentiveness that I have a good perception of the service department after the whole ordeal. Whenever I left a voicemail, Jose followed up within the day. When the repair was going to take significantly longer than expected, Jose came with a loaner car key in his hand so that I wouldn't even have to ask. While there was an additional delay with a used/mismatched rim, it was ultimately corrected without pushback. The only negative experience during this time was with a different service adviser that tried to "help" when I needed to address the rim mismatch. He proceeded to argue with me on what rim was replaced when he ultimately knew nothing about the whole situation. I wish I'd gotten his name, as I'd never schedule with him. Mark Kia needs more "Jose"s in the service department (and less of the other guy). Thanks again to Jose for all your help resolving my issues.
