Still very dissatisfied with this dealership and how they conducted business. I didn’t purchase my Kia Soul from them directly, I purchased it from another Kia dealership in another state and from the get go conducted business. I didn’t purchase my Kia Soul from them directly, I purchased it from another Kia dealership in another state and from the get go I basically received a lemon. Within a year of owning the vehicle I would experience very jittery acceleration and heavy idling, to the point where it became somewhat dangerous to drive because when making a turn my vehicle would hesitate before accelerating and would lurch back and forth. So, still being under warranty I took it to Mark Kia Scottsdale and let me tell you, you would’ve thought these guys have never seen a Kia in their lives. With all their knowledge and resources they still couldn’t pin point the exact problem of their own product. Everytime I took it in to them to have it inspected it was something new. First it was the clutch going out so they replaced that multiple times, then it was something to do with the transmission so they did something to that, then it was a sensor and they threw new sensors at it. To this day it still has the exact same problems if not worse and I’m basically invisible to them because my precious warranty is expired. They don’t actually care about making it right, otherwise they would have by now. I will most likely never buy another Kia again in my life and I have all of them to thank! More
