James was great to work with & went above expectation ensuring two cars were available prior to my arrival to test drive. Terrible experience purchasing a car. The integrity of this business is not measurable under normal standards. I found out over a month after purchasing a car with a trade in, that Mark Mazda sent my this business is not measurable under normal standards. I found out over a month after purchasing a car with a trade in, that Mark Mazda sent my trade in payoff 5 weeks after purchase. I had to endure being hounded by late payments while I personally went to the dealer 3 times to ask for this to be taken care of. They blamed it on my bank, which already informed me Mark Mazda hadn't sent all the needed paperwork. Im a federal employee and I cant use temporary plates for my employee parking. I now have to walk from a parking garage about 1/2 mile away. Its been 6 weeks now since purchase, still no plates. I called today and was told it was the MVD"s fault. Not true, as I spoke to mvd recently. Mark Mazda consistently drops the ball once they have your money. Integrity is not practiced here. They expect your business, your money, and then they expect you to wait on them, as they get around to serving you......the customer who keeps them in business; I wish I would have given my business elsewhere, I wont be back, neither will my family. Dropping a better business bureau review because businesses like this are a metaphor for a one night stand; take and abandon. Thanks Mark Mazda, your dealership should be on Tinder. More

Scam and shady sales practices! Went into dealership, test drove a CX-5 and was quoted a price, which sounded good. When it came time to make the final deal, however, the salesperso Went into dealership, test drove a CX-5 and was quoted a price, which sounded good. When it came time to make the final deal, however, the salesperson tells me that the original price was a "mistake" and the new prices is nearly $2,000 higher. I show him and his sales manager their own website which lists the original price I was quoted. I ask them to honor what they advertised the car for, quoted me, and they refused! Could not tell me what "mistake" had been made, who made it, or why it wasn't immediately fixed on the website. They just refused to honor the deal. Terrible sales practices. More

Our salesman (Ernesto) was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Our car buying experience was fast without pressure from any salespeople or management. Can't speak on the selection of vehicles as we only went there looking for 1 in particular. It's a decent sized lot for the area but they're moving to the Autoplex mall so will probably expand their inventory even more. Would certainly work with them again. Hope this review helps any interested car shoppers. More
