I drove up from Tucson after seeing a car I wanted online. They did not try to up sell me or try to talk me into anything I didn't want. I have not had service where they send u a video of the potential needs and issues with the vehicle. It’s actually quite nice and haven’t heard other car makers doing this but I’m for it.
