I have been a customer of Mark Mitsubishi for 6 years. I have returned for service if I was in town when I needed such service. I have never had a problem with the service department. They are alwys very have returned for service if I was in town when I needed such service. I have never had a problem with the service department. They are alwys very polite, helpful and patient. MM is the first time I have returned to a dealership to purchase a second car, and the first that I have taken my car back for the majority of work I needed done. I can't speak highly enought. They would have gotten all '5's but unfortunately they couldn't replicate one of the problems I was having so I have to return. Not totally their fault, but since I have to come back.... More

I felt that this dealership was the best that Mitsubishi dealer that I have taken my Galant to so far. I got my car repairs evaluated and priced out very quickly and I bring it back in tomorrow for the part dealer that I have taken my Galant to so far. I didn't even plan a ride home during the time that it will take to fix the car because I know that the repairs will be fast and timely. More

I came into the dealership during a months end sales drive. I was not sure what I wanted to get. My salesman, Ciaran "Dublin" O'Murchu was the best. He spent lots of time with me narrowing down the vehi drive. I was not sure what I wanted to get. My salesman, Ciaran "Dublin" O'Murchu was the best. He spent lots of time with me narrowing down the vehicles that might interest me. They also sell Kia's there. Once we decided on a vehicle, he showed me used inventory to save me a couple of buck. Let me test drive them all. Not pressuring me the least bit. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. I ended up getting a new 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander and a pre owned 2007 Chevy Impala. If you are in the market for a Mitsubishi, Kia or a pre owned car, definitely see Ciaran "Dublin" O'Murchu! More

BE AWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY. They promised things that they never delivered on, and once the sale was made I couldnt get them to call me back on any of the concerns I had. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale. The first time was for a 2008 Raider truck. I had such a good experience then that when I was ready to trade they are Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale. The first time was for a 2008 Raider truck. I had such a good experience then that when I was ready to trade they are the ones I went back to. I have had excellent service on the Raider and they were very informative. Prices were in line with what I would have expected to pay. My salesman Alberto was very friendly from the first contact by phone and all the way through the new car buying process. He worked well with the information of what I wanted in a vehicle. He and the rest of the staff kept me in the price range I wanted for payments and overall length of contract. There were no unexpected unpleasant surprises during this sale. The financial department worked well with the numbers. This was virtually a no hassle car deal with very friendly polite people. I did not feel pressured at anytime. I would definitely encourage anyone to go in and buy a vehicle from Mark Mistubishi in Scottsdale and by the way talk with Alberto Josso Jr. More
