I have been buying cars for 40 years and hands-down. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I dealt with Hong She the Internet sales person. I live in Memphis Tennessee, four hours away, and I made it explicitly clear that I would be in a hurry when I reach the dealership and did not have a lot of time for any hoopla. My mistake. It was pouring rain that day and when I got there, they had the car pulled around in front. It was supposedly gassed up and cleaned up, but when my wife got into the car, the front passenger seat had black, holy stains all over it. There was sand and dirt in the car like it had just been returned from the beach and many dirt and scuff marks about the vehicle, I kindly ask Hong to please take it back through the detail shop and address this matter while I finish the paperwork. He and I had agreed that if I put $5000 down that I would receive a 7% interest rate. Which I did, and as I explained earlier being in a hurry I was signing paperwork left, and right. Among that paperwork, I signed a Carfax saying the vehicle had never been wrecked and many other documents. They finally brought the car back around after cleaning it up and because we were in a hurry, we got back in the car and headed back to Memphis. It poured rain, literally all day. The next morning when we were able to actually look at the car in more detail, it was discovered that the Front bumper had literally been torn off due to someone hitting something. Yes, that is correct. The car was wrecked. I immediately contacted the dealership and expressed my frustration and remedy this they said they would mail me the part and I could fix it myself because I was too far away for them to address the matter. I literally said that I would have to pay somebody to fix the vehicle properly and ask if they would mail a $200 check for someone to fix their mistake as they should have disclose the vehicle had been wrecked. If anyone had went through the detail process or the service process, it was impossible to miss the damage, bumper, and the scratches underneath the vehicle. To make matters worse when I receive my payment book I see that I was charged 7.5% interest instead of the agreed on 7% interest. I contacted the dealership and again Hong said that that was a general agreement, but the final negotiations takes place in the FBI office. I told him that I did not negotiate with an finance manager. I negotiated the deal with him and the finance manager was just supposed to put what we agreed on on paper. This did not happen and they saw an opportunity to make another thousand dollars on someone that was in a hurry and rushed as they knew I would be. When I called the dealership regarding this, they said all that I could do is refinance the vehicle. With the combination of all the oversight I was very frustrated and voiced this to the sales Hong She it was at this point he began to disengage and say that he was done with a deal, and that any problems that I have would need to be addressed with one of his sales managers whom I’ve never spoken to never met or never had any dealings with. When I reminded him that he was Mark McClarty toyota to me and the deal that I made was through him, he basically laughed it off and said he’s not the face of Mark McClarty toyota. He’s just a sales person. Needless to say I could not be more frustrated or let down in any business dealings than I am with this one. They did not deliver a cleaned $50,000 vehicle that I bought a 2025 Toyota forerunner. Between the filthy car, them covering up that it was a wrecked vehicle, and then adjusting the paperwork so they make another thousand dollars without my consent is very disturbing. Beware of this dealership and by no means what deal Hong She ever again. Enter at your own risk.! you have been warned. If I could give it a zero I would. More
Sales was great and finance was great, however when issues were discovered that were hidden at time of purchase the resolution I got was to trade it in and get a new one so I can be upside down and the issues were discovered that were hidden at time of purchase the resolution I got was to trade it in and get a new one so I can be upside down and they can get another sale off of me..delusion! They didn't even offer to do oil changes or details..nothing to try and make it right! What was hidden was over $10,000 dollars of expense! Such dishonesty and ran like slum dealers! The GM is horrible, his own staff talks about how horrible he is and they can't stand him..wonder why? Run! More

Bought a 2 1/2 year old Toyota Corolla December 2023. This place doesn't even do minor checks of the cars to determine the condition and potential problems they sale. My air condition didn't work. Couldn't tell this myself right before Christmas in the rain & and in the parking lot. It was freezing cold out. Contacted my sales girl and she told me they do check the vehicles. I was told that its because the car came from their other dealership that it wasnt checked! No excuse!! Your still the dealership selling me the car!! They definitely do NOT prior to selling a car. She told me they would take care of it so I took the car ( hour drive ) in for inspection & repair. They told me it was damaged and would be over $1,000 to repair!! Repair they refused to cover. She said she would go talk to her manager. The manager who refused to speak to us, the CUSTOMER, to tell us it wouldn't be covered and why. Sorry customer service!! Your time is more important than mine I guess? If your going to be this way to a paying customer, the least you can do is tell them yourself. My husband was able to make this repair for $200.00 in a short length of time. The point is how we were treated, lack of service and treating customers with respect, and doing basic inspections of cars prior to the sale if it's sold at your dealership. I will be looking for a new car in the near future as an upgrade. I definitely WILL NOT be returning there. I will also tell others to NOT go there. Charging $1,000 for a $200.00 repair is highway robbery. Sad to try and do that to A CUSTOMER! When a car was sold like that!!! More
I took my new car in for first service they didn’t believe me when I told them I had nitrigen in my tires and when rotated them put reg air in them then I found a dent in car they took pictures BEFORE believe me when I told them I had nitrigen in my tires and when rotated them put reg air in them then I found a dent in car they took pictures BEFORE the work but said they were blurry ! The dent was minor 100 dollars repair ! But guess when you only spend 25 thousand on a car and not 80 on one you get treated poorly ! After looking at the other reviews I’m not alone ! Wished I looked at the reviews before I purchased from them More
I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! How many times does it take leaving messages for someone to give a reply? The answer is unknown, cause we call every few hours and leave yet another message.... The person that says they are in charge won't give their name. Probably cause they are the biggest problem at this facility. Go look for a car, truck or whatever somewhere else!!!! More
