I took my new car in for first service they didn’t believe me when I told them I had nitrigen in my tires and when rotated them put reg air in them then I found a dent in car they took pictures BEFORE believe me when I told them I had nitrigen in my tires and when rotated them put reg air in them then I found a dent in car they took pictures BEFORE the work but said they were blurry ! The dent was minor 100 dollars repair ! But guess when you only spend 25 thousand on a car and not 80 on one you get treated poorly ! After looking at the other reviews I’m not alone ! Wished I looked at the reviews before I purchased from them More
I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! elsewhere. The customer service has the morale compass of the ruler of North Korea...and I'd be surprised if they would be able to find their house! How many times does it take leaving messages for someone to give a reply? The answer is unknown, cause we call every few hours and leave yet another message.... The person that says they are in charge won't give their name. Probably cause they are the biggest problem at this facility. Go look for a car, truck or whatever somewhere else!!!! More

He said the car hadn’t been through service yet but they would fix everything on the car. We offered to leave the car there to give them time to service it because we didn’t have to take it home that day. We were told the problem was fixed and no need to leave it. The problem was not fixed. Our phone calls to the dealership went unanswered. I reached out to our salesman who brought the car in for an appointment. The service department asked us to come get our car because they don’t service ford vehicles and don’t have time to look at the car. I called and asked for a manager and didn’t receive a call back. I emailed the gm and haven’t received a response. I just filed a claim with the BBB. McLarty should be responsible for fixing this car. I’ll not purchase another vehicle here again. More

Mentioned the issues to the dealership and got no response. Oil also was black as coal 50 miles after they said they changed it. Reccomend you do not purchase from here and especially do not trust absolutely anything they reported to carfax. 2 weeks later I find out I have a slow coolant leak and no response again. They do not care as long as they got the sale. More
I PURCHASED MY FIRST CAR FROM MCLARTY TOYOTA WHICH EVERYTHING WAS GOOD UNTIL I GOT TO THE FINANCE OFFICE. THE MINUTE I WALKED THRU THE DOOR THE FINANCE MANAGER SUCKED ALL THE ENJOYMENT OUT OF MY PURCH EVERYTHING WAS GOOD UNTIL I GOT TO THE FINANCE OFFICE. THE MINUTE I WALKED THRU THE DOOR THE FINANCE MANAGER SUCKED ALL THE ENJOYMENT OUT OF MY PURCHASE. TO TOP IT OFF THINGS GOT WORST WHEN I DIDN'T PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AT WHICH TIME THE FINANCE ASSOCIATE WAS TO PUT MY FIRST PAYMENT OUT FOR 45 DAYS WHICH A WEEK LATER I FOUND I WAS ONLY GIVING 30 DAYS. BOTTOM LINE FOR A DEALERSHIP TO HAVE A GOOD SALES TEAM AND A TERRIBLE FINANCE DEPARTMENT THAT DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR FIRST OR LAST PURCHASE. YOU WILL HAVE BETTER SERVICE AT A BUY HERE PAY HERE. AND JUST THINK MY DAD WAS GOING TO GET A CAR THERE AND WENT ELSEWHERE DUE TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. More
One of the biggest waste of time I’ve ever dealt with. I traveled from out of state, Missouri, which allow my to pay my sales tax at the dmv when I title and tag vehicles. Arkansas has the same method of paying sales taxes on vehicles too. They claimed their policy was to collect sales tax at the time of sell and that they had a third party company who would file for my registration and tags. Their “policy” didn’t coincide with Arkansas or Missouri’s dmv laws on paying taxes on motor vehicles. The general sales manger, James Bryan, stated their was no way for me to use my tax credit because their computer program simply would not allow it. I would have owed taxes on approximately $10k, but they were trying to collect taxes on $53k, a difference that was going to cost me an unnecessary $3,100. Their “policy” was all about collecting more money at the time of sale. A dealerships job is to sell and service vehicles, let the dmv do their job. More
