Too many trips to the Service Center.. It took us four trips back and forth from Cabot to North Little Rock to get our service done. We had three procedures to have done that were recalls It took us four trips back and forth from Cabot to North Little Rock to get our service done. We had three procedures to have done that were recalls from Toyota. I called and told them what we needed done and set an appointment. We arrived for the appointment and was told they wouldn't be able to do the work that day, they must inspect the vehicle first and order any parts they would need. We were given another appointment after they called to let us know they had recieved the parts they had ordered. So we once again we arrived at the Service Center on time for our appointment (take into account we had to to take two vehicles each time we went to the service center. we would have had to been there all day, otherwise.) and then to be told, "This is the day before Thanksgiving...we are short-handed and we cannot just work on your vehicle all and let the oil changes etc. just go" So they made us yet Another appoinment for After Thanksgiving. We did arrive for the appoinment on time and they finally were able to take our vehicle in to be fixed. It was very hard for me to have to keep going back to this establishment to get my fixes. I actually wanted to go to Conway to get it fixed...I really wanted a center that communicated with each other and their customers! I do not feel like Mike McCarty Toyota did that at all. Their business sense was not acceptable and I would not recommend going there unless it was a last resort! More

I had an item that needed repairing and Brian, my salesman, came in on his day off to make sure there wasn’t any problems. He made sure if it wasn’t completed by a certain time, that I’d make it to my dental appointment with the company Shuttle Bus. Thank you Brian &!David for getting my car repaired in a timely manner! I paid $9,000 down on a vehicle that would not start within in 30 days exactly of purchase. More

They worked on it for 2 hours and they were very courteous. They could not find any thing wrong, no charges me and sent me on my way. More
Customer service not as good as usual I’ve always been very pleased with the service. But this time I was disappointed. I came in with what I thought was a tire low on air. Instead I had I’ve always been very pleased with the service. But this time I was disappointed. I came in with what I thought was a tire low on air. Instead I had a tire with a nail in the side. Wade started out really helpful. But I don’t think he appreciated all of my questions. Wade always said he’d have to talk to parts, that it was a parts issue. I actually talked to someone in parts and felt more confident about my tire situation. My tire had to be ordered so my car was there several days. When I went to get my car, I checked in with Wade. He very curtly said that they had my paperwork (the cashiers) and he’d get my car. After paying I found my car in the drop off/pick up area. Wade never bothered to say thank you or that my car had been moved up front. Not only was parts nice, but your transport person was very nice and helpful. Next time I’ll use a different service advisor. More
