No one in service wants to even talk to you I have called the service department for two days. They put you on hold then tell you they will call back but never do. I give up. You should too. He helped us to get a deal we were comfortable with and we feel we got a good deal and reasonable price on our trade-in. He has earned us as family customers for life. BTW, from the minute we walked in we felt good about being there. EVERY employee we walked passed greeted us warmly. Not so sure about the receptionist though, she seemed indifferent to my being there. Also, i dont remember the name of the finance manager but he was outstanding too. More
