Get there at my appointment time and I wait 15 minutes beside my car for someone to acknowledge me. I finally go into one of the rooms and ask if i’m supposed to wait out there? They say yes. So out I go. 20 minutes waiting and then i’m Told they will have to check to see if they have the parts for the recall??? You had my VIN and I made an appointment??? The recall is fixed and they tell me they have to order parts for the other problem. This was 11/9. They say they will call when they get the parts. I call them on 11/27 because no one called. They said the parts came in on 11/13. It was fixed yesterday and they left oil stains on my drivers side floor mat and the inside of the door. Never had issues with service until it switched to McClarty. My next purchase will not be from one of their dealerships. More

I had 8:00 appointment I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at service dept at 7:50 a.m. At 9:10 a.m. my car had still not even been I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at service dept at 7:50 a.m. At 9:10 a.m. my car had still not even been taken to the back. Nick Harper was the person I was dealing with and he told me the car in front of me had a 7:45 appointment and they were just now finishing him up so they would finish with me in about an hour! This was at 9:10 and I arrived 10 minutes early for an 8:00 appointment. He kept giving me excuses about not having enough people working, etc. That's not my problem. I went to the trouble to make an appointment because I had a meeting at work at 10:30 that morning! His manager did step in and was VERY nice and actually comped my service. He was very apologetic. When my car was finally finished, I asked Nick if my tires had been rotated and the air pressure checked because my light on dash said I had a low tire. "Oh yes ma'am. All checked and filled." No it wasn't. I had to stop on my way to work and put air in my tire. I was 5 minutes late for my 10:30 meeting at work from an 8:00 appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation. Nick was a nice guy and all but.... Then he asked me to be sure to give him all tens in the survey for my service visit! More

Personal, Speedy Service This is the fourth time I have used the service department and I plan to go back. They have always been courteous, explained problems and charges well This is the fourth time I have used the service department and I plan to go back. They have always been courteous, explained problems and charges well, assisted me with insurance when needed, and worked on my vehicle quickly. Now this is not to infer that my vehicle is in constant need of repair. Quite the opposite, my Toyota is reliable with almost no issues. Most visits are for routine maintenance. More

Scheduler needs to be aware of openings and number of workers available before scheduling to many at one time. More
