Appointments don’t mean anything I had an appointment for 45000 mile service (basically a tire rotation) and arrived 15 minutes early. I was told there would be a one hour and 45 minute wait. I asked even with an appointment? and advisor told me everyone else had appointments too. It ended up taking 3 hours!
