Average at best. I made an appointment around 1:30 for 3 pm to get a tire rotation. When I arrived on time they did not have me in the system for an appointment. Sever I made an appointment around 1:30 for 3 pm to get a tire rotation. When I arrived on time they did not have me in the system for an appointment. Several cars were in the appointment line and many cars in the other line. I was told it would be at least 1-11/2 hours before they could get me in. This is the second time this dealership has made too many appointments and it was going to be a long wait just to get in. They need to do better. Nothing upsets customers more than waiting to get your car in for routine service after you have made an appointment. After complaining to the service manager he did get me in. If you are in a hurry do not use this dealership. More

We were in the market for another Toyota tundra and went to Mark Mclarty and Bart still gave the same excellent service. He never disappoints and goes above and beyond to help resolve any questions or problems we have! I had a few instances where I had to deal with the service dept and Cara Corder was excellent also! She always saw to our needs. The service dept manager however if it wasn't for these 2 individuals would have made me go elsewhere. He was rude and lacked knowledge of the situation. Was not willing to investigate or listen before he spoke. But I'd like to reintegrate that the service from Bart and Cara made me willing to overlook him and still give 10 stars! Tidy his reputation up and mclarty will be the best I've ever dealt with! More
