Worst experience turned into the BEST POSSIBLE Thanks To GM GM Tom saves Mclarty Toyota with the unbelievable service & integrity he showed as well made the company shine! Had FJ 3 transmission Alternator then GM Tom saves Mclarty Toyota with the unbelievable service & integrity he showed as well made the company shine! Had FJ 3 transmission Alternator then vehicle would not even start after all the work on the third one! I immediately ask to speak to TomGM which he turned all the negativity & horrible service into the best visit I ever been hosted to . I told him that I didn’t want the FJ again due to all the issues with numerous conversations not good with service department but Tom & Zach got me a new camery with everything paid as well lower payments and it being a 2017 just all around a deal you could not dream about ! If there is one thing Mclarty has by far the BEST GM in the bussiness he needs to be regonized for how he listen to every word I said he stated that Toyota and dealership were at a decision to do nothing but have the integrity & honesty to put me again in a brand new 2017 SE Camery with lower payments no sales tax it was a swap if the keys in which ZACK who did Toms work but Zach was very polite & professional in the process! But still who ever reading this you need to stop if your in the same building go immediately and shake Tom hand and tell him how great of a GM he is! You will not find a human as strong minded as well with the skills of communication as well integrity he has ! So please I ask to make sure he gets told how much he saved Mclarty reputation as well how awesome of a man he is as well as GM ! You don’t realize how great of a GM he is ! If he is not given a raise or some type of regenition from what he did for Mike Gates and his FJ you guys don’t get it as a company then on what sales is about? But obviously I will give every referral to Zach as well tell that story to every one on you can’t find a better dealership in America that has the GM that Mclarty has that’s one man who knows what it takes to put there company at #1 ! I have to say everybody I delt with was not good at all from some smart xxx’s treated me like a joke to the GM who took my complaints and LISTENED TO IT ALL then specifically ask what can he do and exactly what I told him I wanted I got that there is somebody who is a diamond in the rough who is a BEAST at what he does but he does it by two simple acts that is communication & integrity that simple ! If your sales and service members pick up on two of the most simple things Communication & Integrity you guys have no idea how much your business will step up to a notch that sets the bar but they must have the skills & will as Tom did which was something anybody can do but Tom applied those skills with just basic communication & integrity because of that you guys have the best Toyota Dealership in the Southeast and by far the top GM by far in the state as well as top on the country ! Tom needs to be rewarded on a job I can’t even explain how great of a person & job he did! Again Zach was good did what the job implied to get the vehicle sold ! You guys went from the worst piece of xxxx dealership to by far after talking with Tom to the BEST DEALERSHIP by far , one in its own league because he did what is right and what a sales & service consultant does if they want to be #1 ! I’m still talking about how great of a place is that being Mclarty Toyota NLR with one of best GM in the US ! Respectfully Mike Gates More

It had become apparent the last coupke of years that our bodies are wearing down from lifting Brian and decided it was time to upgrade our van and have it outfitted with an auto access seat for transfer. We were honest with Marvin by saying that we were very happy with our 2012 Sienna and if we could not get a deal we would be happy with, we eould keep it since it was in excellent condition with 55,329 actual miles. He really had his work cutout for him when dealing with me. We are very pleased with our purchase and hope we weill have this 2018 for a very long time. More
Forgotten I got to Toyota around 1:30pm. Troy was my advisor that checked me in. He asked me what I needed done which was an oil change and tire rotation. He th I got to Toyota around 1:30pm. Told him I was staying. That was the last I saw of him. I roam around with my 1 year old for over an hour and decide to ask the status of my vehicle. Anthony Stokes was nice enough to get the ball rolling for me but once he asked no one knew where my car was or the ticket that was over it. It took about 10 min to locate my vehicle. I was told it was parked around back and that nothing had been done to it yet. I was then told they would take care of it if I still had time to wait. Of course I stayed because I was in need of an oil change ASAP. I was not pleased that I was forgotten about but I am very thankful that Eddie McDonald fixed this whole mess up with his willingness to take care of my oil change and tire rotation. More

Post sale experience is terrible. Post sale customer service is literally none existent. I purchased a new Toyota Highlander with a $3000 extended warranty. Unfortunately 9months later Post sale customer service is literally none existent. I purchased a new Toyota Highlander with a $3000 extended warranty. Unfortunately 9months later someone hit me and totaled the car. I tried to contact them to cancel my extended warranty so I could get a refund and spoke with Kenntrel Cannon. He said he would email the paperwork. Two days later when no email was sent I called back and as told he was busy so I left him a message. Two days later again no call or email so I called again and received the same line. I then called everyday for 2 weeks and NO one would call me back. I then called and asked for the finance manager and received the same line “he is busy you can leave a message”, once again no call back. I finally had to call the warranty provider myself and had to have them call the dealer in order for someone to answer the phone. It appears that if you are not going to give them anymore money they don’t feel as if they need to even act like you exist. More
