He might be efficient in terms of getting things done but he needs to learn how to work with people. That kind of thing has no place no matter what happened! He had a "chip" on his shoulder when I talked to him. I could handle him, but my family couldn't deal with him. He doesn't have the right job working on the front line with the customers. We have other choices where we can do business!!! More
