Appointment did no good Had an 8:40 appointment to get oil changed, tires rotated and windshield wiper blades. I was told when I made the appointment to allow up to one hour. I was told they overbooked the appointment times and 4 appointments were ahead of me. I missed an appointment because of this and shared my dissatisfaction with the customer service agent who gave me a card for a free oil change next time. Also, it took ten minutes for someone to come out to my car after driving parking in the service area bay. I finally just got out of the car and stood my it ..... More

Had problem with jerking I took my car in because it was jerking. They told me it was because of a recall and i need a tune up. They replace the recall. Two days later servic I took my car in because it was jerking. They told me it was because of a recall and i need a tune up. They replace the recall. Two days later service said it was fix. I went to pick up my car drove on freeway. Then i experienced the jerking again. Call then back told them it was doing the same thing and they told me to bring it back probably was a bad part. Took it back service said maybe we need to put it on a machine. Thirty minute later they said it was in transmission and that was on me. So i went to got my car took it to another dealership and trade it. I feel when they replace the part and told me it need a tune up they should have told me then instead of telling me it was fix. Waste money on tune up that i didn't need. More

Good, but running late I had a 4:00 pm appointment for tire rotation and arrived at 3:55. I had to wait until 4:25 for my car to get in to start the service. They did not have enough people working to keep up with the appointments. When I first got there, I had to wait for a service advisor to check me in, and when the car was done, I had to tell them because they did not come to get me right away. They were not very busy either. Normally, the advisors are much better about these things. More

People are everywhere helping customers in many ways from getting them water to sealing the deal on a new car purchase. Even if you don’t take a puzzle or reading material, you can be thoroughly entertained by just watching what’s going on around you. As far as the service department, service is the key word. I’ve never had better service anywhere. A service employee advises you what they will be doing with your car and gives you a time estimate. I don’t know that this happens every time, but my car was ready before the estimated time and I was on my way knowing I would get a notice when I need to show up next. For me, that is peace of mind re my car. I would recommend this dealer and service department. More
