Service Call Nick Harper was the one that greeted me and he asked what I would like done. After everything was checked out Nick went over everything and did an outstanding job of explaining everything. I was very pleased with my service. More

Service and customer relation I went in again for a noise in my window/door and is still not fixed after service. They were very condescending. Appointment time not honored The purpose of making a service appointment to me is so I can plan my day off and get everything done in a timely manner. If time were not an issue then I would just stop by and get in line to have my car serviced with the understanding it might be 2-4 hours wait time. I made my appt for 1030 and it was after 1230 when we left. The service attendant was not sympathetic that we had made the appt and basically stayed the appt time means nothing! More
