Disappointment Purchased my 2011 Tundra at this dealership. With a different service advisor I had had what I thought at the time was fairly good service. This recent time in, however, both the information provided and the prices quoted were very different from previously, the service advisor was off one day - not a problem - but after calling no fewer than five times that day, responding to her having called me, nobody called me back. The recent service advisor had given me her private cell phone number, but had not cleared her voicemail mailbox so I couldn’t leave a message with her, even after she’d asked me to call her. Knowing that I was going to call, she never double checked. This cost me an important day of travel. During my previous service I had had my windshield replaced. Only after having left the dealership and gotten a couple hours into a long trip did I realize that the compass on the rearview mirror didn’t work. Then, several days later, the new windshield cracked just sitting in the driveway. I was at the beginning of a year away from Arkansas, so couldn’t immediately return to the dealership. When I did return, and explained the situation, the windshield was replaced, but at my cost, And I was told that the mirror would cost over $900, just for the part. I can order the same mirror online for less than a third of that. No consideration whatsoever was given to the fact that the mirror had worked prior to the windshield being replaced, and didn’t work after the windshield was replaced. When I call the business, the operators are unprofessional, immature, polite enough but usually not clear enough to understand. All in all, my last experience with this dealership will be my last experience with this dealership. More

Wonderful experience I had such a great experience. Kami was my salesman and he made things go so smoothly.
