Over Ran my credit On May 26,2018 my husband and I bought a truck from McClaty Toyota. We had a current Tundra through Toyota Financial and made it very clear we did not On May 26,2018 my husband and I bought a truck from McClaty Toyota. We had a current Tundra through Toyota Financial and made it very clear we did not want our credit ran multiple times. We wanted financed through Toyota Financial. We have no credit issues. We found out that night they ran it more than we approved of but we didn’t know the full extent until we started the process of buying a house in July. We bought from North Point when they owned the dealership multiple times and NEVER had this problem. We will no longer buy from Mcclarty Toyota due to this. Our credit was ran 6 times on that day and they were the only car lot we went to that day. I purchased my Explorer from McClarty Ford and my daughters Kia from McClarty Honda and had a very good experience. More

Quick, Painless Drove Off with the Car I wanted Tried to make a deal with the other Toyota dealer in town, and they let me leave. I got online after I left and found the car I wanted at McLarty. Disappointing This is the second time to have my vehicle serviced At McLarty service Center. Both times I have requested to have a rattle in my door checked out. The first time you were too busy and only able to change my oil. This last time I really do not believe they even checked it. Nick seemed to be more concerned about up selling me on additional services. When I told him that I would have to take my car elsewhere to be checked out he seemed to be unconcerned about that. If I do go somewhere else to have my car checked out, I will take my service at that location from here on out. More

We like the car but financing didn’t work as promised. The sales person, Danny, was very helpful, kind and courteous. So, I told him if he could get me that rate that we had a deal. At that point, things seemed to slow down to a crawl and two hours later, after my banks and Farm Bureau had closed, they were ready for us to go to Dewayne in financing. At this point I am assuming we got the rate I agreed to. However, while signing papers I ask Dewayne if he was able to get a rate below 4%. This is when he informed me that 4.7% was the best he could get. At this point though I am unable to get credit elsewhere because of the late hour. Danny was great! More
