Different this time Have taken my truck in for service 3 or 4 times now and have had pretty good experiences. Only reason I’m giving a 3 star this time, normally they wash my truck. no wash this time. Also the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat was left in the vehicle when the mechanic finished. Best experience. Had one dealership in Hot Springs insisted on an appointment. Then tried Landers and was told me they had the car I wanted then kept us there for an Had one dealership in Hot Springs insisted on an appointment. Then tried Landers and was told me they had the car I wanted then kept us there for an hour to say they did not have it in one of 3 colors we wanted. Call mcLarty and not only did they have the car I wanted but sold me the upgraded version. BJ was absolutely wonderful to work with. HIGHLY recommend this place and honestly BJ is the reason. More
