Redemption after disappointment On this visit I waited 14 minutes as the only customer standing next to my car before seeking help from 3 employees. Other cars were in the garage but On this visit I waited 14 minutes as the only customer standing next to my car before seeking help from 3 employees. Other cars were in the garage but patrons were not. Having no one acknowledge or greet me is not the norm for this business where I purchased & service this car & my 2nd Toyota. I eventually was made to feel valued. The estimated wait was 2 1/2 hrs. but was serice was completed under an hr & wasn't charged. I will continue to use McLarty. More
