The Service went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied! I brought my vehicles in for a scheduled oil change and in the process, there was an issue with the technician marking the wrong information on the ve I brought my vehicles in for a scheduled oil change and in the process, there was an issue with the technician marking the wrong information on the vehicle check list! When I brought my second vehicle in, the same issue occurred! The Service Manager, Scott, personally came and spoke with me regarding the issue as well as apologized for the incident (s) which occurred! He assured me that he would deal with this occurrence and assured me that the problem would be resolved! I also needed a rear brake job on one of my vehicles and once the repairs were completed, Scott, the Service Manager did not charge me anything for that service as a gesture of his commitment to the customer! I feel like he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! More

My breaks were worse than we thought and we were going out of town for the weekend, and Eddie said he could not let us go in good conscious let us go without fixing our breaks. Eddie took care of us by giving us a discount that allowed us to afford to get our breaks done that day. My wife said he was very kind and helpful and truely seemed to care about our safety. I really appreciate that. Eddie, to me is a valuable employee and should get the recognition he deserves for the job he does. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is needing service. More

Had to chase her to get the appointment then once I did ....when I showed up in the service bay per her request I had to wait on her to come out for ten minutes. When I finally did see her she said she was very busy which made me feel like my situation/appointment and our agreed appointment was not important to her. Just another service job....now I feel like I need to inspect because she is not following up. She’s to busy to do it.... More

Good Customer Service The only negative comment I have is that when I pulled into the Service Bay...I had to go look for a Service Advisor. There was no one to greet me.
