My car sat at the tire rotation station for 40 minutes before it was touched and I was tempted to walk out. Overall, I waited an hour so about average but I wouldn’t recommend the guy that helped me. He wasn’t informative at all. He didn’t seem like he knew what he was talking about and didn’t elaborate on anything about my car unless I asked. He said two of my tires were at an 8 and the other two were at a 10. When I asked what it meant, he just said “it isn’t a bad thing. At least both back tires are at this, and both front tires are at this” The explanation was useless. I’ve come here the last few times for an oil change but will probably go elsewhere next time. It’s tacky to listen to somebody working talk about their private life (and complain) for an hour and dealing with somebody that clearly has no idea what he’s talking about. More
