When I brought my car in for some extra perks they were all very nice and accommodating. Staff that I wasn't even dealing with, willingly came over and helped me when it was obvious I was struggling. There were even several people who engaged my little 4 year old in conversation, making her feel like she was a part of what was going on too. Their facilities seem really clean and organized.
