Unbelievably Easy and amazing staff. I have purchased vehicles from a few dealers and none af friendly and easy to deal with as the staff at Mark miller Subaru and our sales man Paul Whi I have purchased vehicles from a few dealers and none af friendly and easy to deal with as the staff at Mark miller Subaru and our sales man Paul Whitehead. Their pricing was lower then other competitors I reaseached and their stock on hand has had exactly what I was looking for with both vehicles I have purchased there. Another big plus Is from coming from out of town we were short on time but from the test drive to driving off the lot was just right at 2 hrs. I would highly recommend Mark Miller Subaru to anyone looking for a Subaru. More

Wonderful car fixing experience! Last minute! Our new Ascent is only two weeks old and we picked up a nail in the tire. Unfortunately we were leaving town the next morning. We limped into the service department an hour before closing on a Friday night and they were able to take care of us! Unfortunately we had to get a new tire but the staff was friendly and pry and got us back on the road. More

Disappointed... and correction to an earlier review This is an update to an earlier review where I was raving about how good my experience was with Mark Miller. Right before Thanksgiving, I brought my c This is an update to an earlier review where I was raving about how good my experience was with Mark Miller. Right before Thanksgiving, I brought my car into Mark Miller because of a problem with some of the sensors in the car, and to get my snow tires changed out. The service was prompt and efficient, and everything was communicated well (maybe slightly expensive). They completed the work in a timely manner, and I went on my merry way. The problems didn't begin until a few weeks later when it first snowed. Driving up and over Parley's Summit, I nearly spun off the road. I started to fishtail, and I couldn't stop spinning. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car, it was as if I didn't have AWD. It happened again the next morning when I hit a patch of black ice. I was absolutely terrified driving on the freeways in the snow. I looked at my tires and thought they were bald, then I realized THEY DIDN'T ACTUALLY switch the snow tires, even though they said they had, and they charged me. It was something I didn't think to double check, because I made such a point of it, paid for it, they said they did it, and lugged my tires all the way down to Salt Lake City to have them changed out. I am so disappointed about this - I called them today, they said they would switch them out at no charge, but I nearly had a horrible accident on the freeway because of it. I hope they take more care with future customers and their snow tires, because driving up and down the canyons without them is dangerous and illegal. More
