They take the time needed to explain any work that might be needed, the cost and length of time required. They are very helpful and compassionate. They may be busy, but they make you feel like you are the only one they are caring for. The waiting area is clean and offers free drinks, which is very nice, if you have an unexpected wait. I like the lighted arrow lanes to guide you into the service bay. I like that I can have my emissions tests done through them and get my stickers immediately. Everything is so convenient. For me, their location is perfect. I don’t have to drive clear down to auto row. I am a Subaru fan and always will be. I love Mark Miller Subaru!! Oh and I love the car wash. More
