Love my new Outback Samantha was awesome from the start. Car was ready for a test drive at our prearranged time, she explained every feature, no haggle pricing, warranty, Samantha was awesome from the start. An excellent experience I wasn't there personally, but my father has to buy our first Subaru. I first met Curtis in early June 2018 when we were looking at the demo version of the new Subaru Accent, an I have to say that he was passionate about his job and wanted to give he's clients the best experience. Accident I was recently in an accident with my crosstrek. My insurance didn't have a body repair place close to where the accident occurred - so I suggested ta I was recently in an accident with my crosstrek. My insurance didn't have a body repair place close to where the accident occurred - so I suggested taking it to where I purchased the vehicle new (which is across the street from my work and accident local). Once at Mark Miller, someone contacted me immediately and explained the process. They followed up repeatedly and when I did call they provided me the information immediately. Even though they found more damage once my bumper was off, I still had my car on the date they stated it would be ready. I asked if they could change out my snow tires (that were still on the car) since they had to align the vehicle and they told me to bring them on down. I am very happy with my experience - and now that I know Mark Miller charges less for alignment than where I was taking it - I'll be bringing it here to have the tires changed annually. Thanks Mark Miller. P.S. Because the car was ready in time - we were able to go camping at Mill Hollow this weekend. More

I returned on Saturday and ended up purchasing the car I'd driven the day before. On Saturday I worked extensively with Mark and he was great as well. The price I paid was very fair and I didn't have to play some game to get that price. More

I walked in not expecting to want a Subaru and came out wondering how I could ever doubt. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable and at no point during the process did I ever even feel pressured to buy a car. I didn’t purchase right away and not once did a manger come out and try to bully me into buying that day (looking at you Hyundai and Toyota). He was easy to reach and responsive to messages. He knew his product and answered all my questions in a timely manner and he was just plain pleasant to work with. He deserves a big, fat raise and I am very pleased with my beautiful new car. More
