Work is careful and thorough I needed no appointment to have my car thoroughly checked, new tires and battery, oil change, and general check-up, in about 2 1/2 hours. They also re-set my bluetooth and iPhone, as these items are re-set during battery trouble. However, since I spent $1000 for the work, I would think I'd get a free sandwich or something. More

I almost cried from joy It is such a pleasure to feel so taken care of. I needed a minor repair that was under warranty and some regular service that was covered under my ser It is such a pleasure to feel so taken care of. I needed a minor repair that was under warranty and some regular service that was covered under my service plan. Everything was so streamlined. I wasn't even aware of this specific warranty coverage, but they still offered without me having to ask. I didn't have to remind them of the terms of my service plan because everyone was so on the ball. There was no awkward dance at the register. There is always a comfortable place in the rare event that I have to wait. It is all so refreshing after feeling so taken advantage of at other service centers that I almost started crying from joy! More

Oil change I was treated well, the service was done quickly. I wasn't sure if I made the right/wrong decision by going with the synthetic oil. I was told that synthetic last longer (and cost more). Does that mean synthetic is better for the car or for the company? I was told that the back passenger brake light needed to be replaced for $15, I said ok. Looking over the receipt, I don't see a charge, so I don't know if the bulb was changed or not. The multi-point inspection indicates: 'checked & ok at this time' for interior/exterior bulbs & lights. I will have to have someone watch me hit the brakes to see if the light is working or not. The receipt shows that the oil filter was replaced, but no one showed me the dirty filter. Service advisor:Tony Martinez Tech: Fernando Flores.
