Work is careful and thorough I needed no appointment to have my car thoroughly checked, new tires and battery, oil change, and general check-up, in about 2 1/2 hours. They also re-set my bluetooth and iPhone, as these items are re-set during battery trouble. However, since I spent $1000 for the work, I would think I'd get a free sandwich or something. More

I almost cried from joy It is such a pleasure to feel so taken care of. I needed a minor repair that was under warranty and some regular service that was covered under my ser It is such a pleasure to feel so taken care of. I needed a minor repair that was under warranty and some regular service that was covered under my service plan. Everything was so streamlined. I wasn't even aware of this specific warranty coverage, but they still offered without me having to ask. I didn't have to remind them of the terms of my service plan because everyone was so on the ball. There was no awkward dance at the register. There is always a comfortable place in the rare event that I have to wait. It is all so refreshing after feeling so taken advantage of at other service centers that I almost started crying from joy! Oil change I was treated well, the service was done quickly. I wasn't sure if I made the right/wrong decision by going with the synthetic oil. I was told that synthetic last longer (and cost more). Does that mean synthetic is better for the car or for the company? I was told that the back passenger brake light needed to be replaced for $15, I said ok. Looking over the receipt, I don't see a charge, so I don't know if the bulb was changed or not. The multi-point inspection indicates: 'checked & ok at this time' for interior/exterior bulbs & lights. I will have to have someone watch me hit the brakes to see if the light is working or not.
