I have been a long time Subaru owner. I will only get "Veronica" serviced by professionals. I came in today thinking I would need to make an appt for an oil change. Nope I was wrong. Pulled up, they came "Veronica" serviced by professionals. I came in today thinking I would need to make an appt for an oil change. Nope I was wrong. Pulled up, they came out asked what I needed, walked me to the waiting room. Told me I can get a snack or drink while I waited. This new building is awesome! Great parts dept, great idea with the cafe, friendly people and VERY clean! Love Mark Miller!!!! Thanks guys! More

Without exception, everyone we have dealt with at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown has been helpful, polite, honest, and well-trained. Nate and Kenny are always friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this dealership has been a great experience and we would highly recommend them. They also have a new fantastic waiting area! Plenty of space, free coffee, hot chocolate,soft drinks, and wifi, a playroom for the kids, and LCD TVs. We had lunch at their cafe (Really a cafe at a car dealership???). It was awesome with plenty of healthy choices. More

This is my first time to visit Mark Miller Subaru's new facility site for a regular service. I ask for oil change and if any factory recommended service that my car need. The guy checks the computer and reviews my car's service history, telling me that only oil change is needed this time and a 15k maintenance is due for my next visit. Their customer waiting room is fabulous, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and drinks, as well as free WiFi, kids activity room and LCD TVs are available. The price is reasonable, and my car is washed, stopped just outside the waiting room. Definitely I will continue to use their service. More
My Outback's front-end when hit with a rock chip would result in a softball sized paint "fleck" developing, and more than two years after I bought the vehicle the dealership through their service manager result in a softball sized paint "fleck" developing, and more than two years after I bought the vehicle the dealership through their service manager wound up repainting my entire front-end. In addition, with just over 30,000 miles the noise that had been emanating from the differential wound up being a faulty transmission and they replaced it for me with no hassle very quickly (it was under warranty for that repair).
