I can not recommend this dealership for people buying out of state and not able to view the vehicle prior to purchasing. I asked for documentation of any damage or issues and they neglected to mention the h of state and not able to view the vehicle prior to purchasing. I asked for documentation of any damage or issues and they neglected to mention the hood is so out of alignment on my 2023 Ford Raptor I am concerned now that it may have been in an unreported accident. Also there are items that do not work like the lane keeping system so this is sad especially that I purchased from a ford dealership and they are suppose to do a very good inspection before they sell it. So now I assume I will be stuck with a body shop expense and potentially news that this vehicle was in an accident and not disclosed to me as well as a Ford repair for the lane keeping system which will not be cheap due to this truck just being out of warranty. The sales team was very patient and worked with me from out of state so I do appreciate that but at the same time they knew the hood wasn't aligned and didn't send pictures of that and has some issues so for that I think this was very poor and could be a legal case if I do find out it was in an accident. I am waiting to take it in when I have time due to just having a new born baby. More

Told them I wanted to trade my car in on one in better condition and let them know mine needed work. When I got there they pretty much accused me of being a liar saying I told Thomas my car was in mint co condition and let them know mine needed work. When I got there they pretty much accused me of being a liar saying I told Thomas my car was in mint condition saying I wanted one with less miles. They said they wouldn't give me more than 4k for it so I left. Thomas texted me on way home saying my car needed 4k in repairs and would split the difference with me and asked me to come up with 2K more to FIX the car I was trading in! So I took my car to get it repaired and they are fixing in up for $1800 so these guys were rude, called me a liar, and downright unprofessional. NEVER do a trade in with this group. Too many other dealers that will treat you better in less than ideal situations. BTW I'd check their's out very carefully as I wasnt thrilled with its performance. More

My experience with this dealership was highly disappointing. I purchased one of the most expensive vehicles that have ever sold. What I learned about this dealership is that they ONLY cared disappointing. I purchased one of the most expensive vehicles that have ever sold. What I learned about this dealership is that they ONLY cared about the sale of this vehicle at MSRP + mark-up and could not care less about the customer after the purchase. I purchase expensive vehicles and have NEVER experienced such a transactional experience where the sale is all that mattered. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and will do my best to help others make the same decision. More

Only talk with them if you want to be disrespected and called a liar. Customer service at it's worst. They treated me like they were doing me a favor.
