Tried to change interest rate when we went in to pick vehicle up. Couldn't find the door code, then lied about it and said Ford just glued a number pad on the outside. Told me the service department said vehicle up. Couldn't find the door code, then lied about it and said Ford just glued a number pad on the outside. Told me the service department said that. Was not true, found the card slid down behind the dash. Code works. Also sold me the van with an open recall on it. Recall was only one day old to be fair, but they still did it. How little respect for the customer do you have to have to do this stupid stuff. With very little effort and no cost to them, this could have been a good experience More

My experience with this dealership was highly disappointing. I purchased one of the most expensive vehicles that have ever sold. What I learned about this dealership is that they ONLY cared disappointing. I purchased one of the most expensive vehicles that have ever sold. What I learned about this dealership is that they ONLY cared about the sale of this vehicle at MSRP + mark-up and could not care less about the customer after the purchase. I purchase expensive vehicles and have NEVER experienced such a transactional experience where the sale is all that mattered.
