They both worked very hard to give us every incentive available so that we could afford the car we wanted. The customer service was excellent and Novi took great care to explain all the features offered in the Acadia. Frank White was also very patient as he explained our financing and additional warranties offered for the new car. It was a very personal and friendly experience. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I really feel like they were working with me to make it a win/win. Even though I dragged the process out over a few weeks, and was still looking at other cars, they did not pressure me at all, or hound me like other dealerships did after I test drove a car. The treatment I got from other places, that made me feel like a piece of meat, just made me want to go back and buy from Marquardt, and I am glad I did. I also LOVE my Acadia! If only they could have sold me the Denali for the price of the SLT....LOL..I would have given them a 10 Star rating! More
