The Service writer did a god job and was curtius. He did not have an understanding or familiarity with the extended warranty products I purchased with my vehicle from Marshal Mize. Could the service department be updated on the products we buy from your company? Seemingly a dealership flaw, he could not set an appointment for me to have electrical items repaired. The story was, he could give me a time to bring the vehicle in. However, he could not provide a time (or even a day) when the work would be completed.
