Overall I happy with my experience. Dealership was willing to negotiate and I feel I got to a fair price. When I arrived, he was giving another customer a test drive and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for him to return. Then he continued to juggle that customer and myself, resulting in me, my wife, and child waiting a long time. He only spent about 15 minutes with me to negotiate a final price, but I ended up spending almost 3 hours at the dealership. It's almost as if he knew I was going to buy so he didn't have to focus on me or work very hard. The finance portion was great and Rob Dollar deserves a big kudos. He seemed genuinely willing to help, offered advice, and would do whatever he could for the best deal. More
