We had been looking for a Honda at another dealership, and it was like we were not being listened to, because the sales team kept trying to push us into a higher trim that we did not really want. We came to Martin Honda and did not get any of that from Mr. Blake. Rather, we told him what we wanted, he showed us what was in stock, and did not try to push us into anything else. He told us the good points about the vehicle we wanted- not what we could be getting in another one. The insurance and finance staff were genuinely helpful and a pleasure dealing with, just like Mr. Blake, with the purchase documents. Everyone was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. This experience was not overwhelming, like we had expected. Honestly, the icing on the cake was the fact that we were given stickers to adhere our EZ Pass to our new vehicle. The dealership has thought of everything! More
