The process started with Eric, the internet manager, with whom we worked out all the details and made arrangement to come in on a Saturday and finalize the purchase. We then came to the dealership (from over 4 hours away) Bruce and his team seamlessly move us through the buying process and had us back on the road, headed home in what seemed like no time at all. The entire experience was a pleasure, even down to the follow up texts (on a Sunday) from Bruce just to see if we had any questions or needed any help with the new care or the tech features.
