Three years later, he's still the first person to greet me when he sees me coming, and gives me the best deals, he best service, and the best sense of humor during what could otherwise become really stressful moments when it comes to buying a new or used car. In this case, it was a lease. Mark has always (and I mean always ...) made himself available by phone, text, and of course in person. Pretty much every which way short of carrier pigeon, and always within just a few minutes of leaving a message. No exaggeration. If I had to choose the best thing about working with Mark -- aside from his genuine concern about keeping customers happy and getting them as close to their car-buying goals as possible -- it would be his willingness to take as long as you need for explanations ... and more explanations if you didn't "get" it the first (or in my case, second or even third) time around. So bottom line, Mark's your guy. (And management, if you're listening, give him a big hug and a pat on the back. Please keep him in Newark.) More
