Before taking a test drive he explained how all the bells and whistles worked so I felt comfortable behind the wheel. When I explained I needed to review my potential purchase with my wife he did not pressure me into making a sale and volunteered to come in on his day off to finalize the sale. The people who handled the financing arrangements, registration, and necessary insurance changes were all knowledgeable and efficient and saw that I finished the transaction in a minimal amount of time. The day I came in to pick up[ the car Nick Saporito did an excellent job making sure I understood how to use all the electronics and make adjustments to seat positions, climate control, and radio tuning. I felt I was always treated with respect and would heartily recommend dealing with Martin Honda. More

it was efficient to turn in a leased car and lease a new car This is the 3rd new vehicle I have acquired from Martin Honda. My only problem with this visit was that I received a letter asking owners of relative This is the 3rd new vehicle I have acquired from Martin Honda. My only problem with this visit was that I received a letter asking owners of relatively new Civics to trade them in with the promise of getting a good deal along with a Target gift card. I gave the letter to my sales person. When I went to pick up the car the next day, I asked about the gift card and he asked me if I registered when I came in. I said I didn't know I had to register and he said someone at the front desk should have told me to register which they did not. Not a big deal but not good customer service or customer relations. More
