Quick transaction I walked into the dealership with my wife at about 7:30pm (90 minutes before closing). 2 hours later we drove off in our new vehicle. That included trading in my old vehicle, agreeing on a price for the new vehicle, updating my insurance and completing the in-house vehicle financing (2.9% financing from Honda on a 5 year loan). Sales Rep Vernon McCloud was knowledgeable and did a good job. Good job also by the financing guy and insurance lady. Stuff handled correctly with no "surprises". One glitch with the process was we noticed after completing the sale that the owner's manual was missing from our new vehicle. Headed back to the dealership to get that resolved today. No other glitches otherwise. More
