Bruce had the car cleaned and brought up for us and immediately we were being shown and educated about the 2019 HONDA. We took a long test drive as Bruce explained various features - the following conversation regarding possible purchase was pleasant and non pressured.-a a completely different one than previous high pressured sales pitches. My wife loved the car and we returned the next day to purchase it - the process flowed smoothly with a pleasant, complete explanation of each step and personally meeting the heads of those departments. Within a relatively short time period, my wife was driving it home thoroughly thrilled!
