Failed to meet time commitments Promised car by 4 pm, I called at 3:50 and was told maybe 30-40 minutes more. There was no call telling me it was running late. Great sales assistant! Customer service was by far better than I expected. Bruce Blake our sales person really listened to the type of car and price range we wanted.
