Mark gets high marks I was very pleased with everyone at Martin Honda. Mark was very helpful by showing me the features of the Ridgeline and by having the service departme I was very pleased with everyone at Martin Honda. Mark was very helpful by showing me the features of the Ridgeline and by having the service department install running boards to my car. He also went online to Costco with my membership number so I would get a credit from Costo of $500. More

Just not on the ball I took our 2018 Honda Odyssey in for a recall service and to have the oil changed. The person who checked me in was somewhat rude and failed to secure I took our 2018 Honda Odyssey in for a recall service and to have the oil changed. The person who checked me in was somewhat rude and failed to secure me a loaner vehicle for while they were doing the recall work. They completed the work and after my wife picked up the vehicle we realized that they had failed to do the oil change work. This is just the latest issue we've had dealing with this service center. On a previous visit they damaged the door of our vehicle (ran into something) and had to keep it for 2 weeks while the body shop repaired it. It seems like every time we take the car here, something goes wrong. More
