The night we came to purchase the car, the thrid time I went to see him, he ev en had the three color possiblities, washed and looking there best! Return customer buying a honda again! I bought a Honda Civic in 2002 from this dealer and had a great experience. After several years and needing a larger vehicle, I traded that in for a I bought a Honda Civic in 2002 from this dealer and had a great experience. After several years and needing a larger vehicle, I traded that in for a VW Tiguan. Since having the VW Tiguan, I had so many issues and had to visit VW for service so many times, it became frustrating. Now that I have a baby on the way, it was only natural that I needed an even larger vehicle, that was more reliable. Since I had such a great experience with my Honda and Martin Honda long ago, I decided this was the first place I would look for my new vehicle. I chose to look no further. I purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot on Black Friday and was very happy with my purchasing experience. The sales consultant, Mayra Lopez, worked with my husband and I through the whole process, even though we stayed way past her shift. She made sure we understood everything and made the process smooth. The only down side to this deal was that it took a reallllly long time. (over 4 hours) We had additional parts ordered (roof rails, side chrome, cargo mat and cover, and floor mats) that were not available on the vehicle or at the time of purchase. It took only a few days for these items to come in, and scheduling the service was easy. I would highly recommend Honda and Martin Honda Dealers. More

I was already knowledgable about the product and model I was looking for and David made a great partner in simply working to finalize color options, find inventory and working out a fair deal in a quick and painless manner. I think his ability to tailor his approach to suit me and my situation was important and allowed everything to work well with minimal touch points (perfect for me). I have no doubt David can also provide a quality "high touch" experience for customers who desire/need that. One other area that was important to me... David provided a great experience after the sale. I had some accessories and he was quick to get them ordered with great communication to coordinate the installation. There was also a small cosmetic issue with the car that David quickly offered multiple solutions for and was able to combine with the accessory install to minimize the interruption to my schedule. My only recommendation, and this is not for David because it was before he was working with me, but for the dealership. I had stopped by on two occasions earlier in my shopping and not a single person approached me to even welcome me to the dealership. I didn't need any help and was just looking, but I was surprised to not at least have someone approach me with a smile and to say hello. I was in the showroom for at least 20 minutes on each occasion and got in and out of multiple models while checking them out. Even my 12 year old son commented about no one coming to say hello and we joked about being "invisible". This obviously wasn't a deal breaker, but these are huge purchases and this sort of immediate personal touch is important given all of the rising competition in todays car buying market. This was my second purchase with Martin (the first was 20 years ago!) and I have had countless years of service provided by your team on my vehicles. I will continue to come back in the future.
