In all honesty, the Service Manager, Mark C, on Marrows road is another individual who needs to be thanked as well. He talked to me about hybrids verse electric cars with a recommendation of going over to Matin new cars with a recommendation of who to talk to, which I do not recall that person's name. I believe that was on Thursday before I went on the Costco website. I was just going to shop around at other places. I am glad I listened to Mark C at Service. So, Thank you to the entire TEAM, especially Mark Tribuani who seems to know how to read people and understand their needs really well. I can now tell the two other dealerships no thank you; I have a car. I am not a easy win,but Mark Tribuani did it. Personally, if I had Mark as a used car salesman years ago I wouldn't had gone to NuCar Mazda or Scott Honda. Maybe some of those sales people should be training under Mark? Thank You Team Martin
