They communicate well with the customer receiving service about their vehicle and what it needs and also what will need attention in the near future. My Subaru requires 0w20 synthetic oil and they are very reasonably priced for this type of oil change. They also gave me a couple of free car wash coupons. Feel like I got the run around Went in on a Thursday to get an oil change , tire rotated and an alignment since my car was pulling to the left well they checked my tires say they wa Went in on a Thursday to get an oil change , tire rotated and an alignment since my car was pulling to the left well they checked my tires say they was good even got the paperwork stating that well I left and my car was pulling even harder to the left so I called an made another appointment which they made for that Monday morning 4 days later I go up their and now they are telling me an alignment won't do any good cause my tires are "chopping" well if that is true why did u tell me that Thursday when I asked if my tires and everything was ok and you said yes just needed new windshield wipers so if the alignment wouldn't do any good and u rotated my tires Thursday I should have been told Thursday before wasting 80$ on an alignment More

AC problems I was traveling from WV to KY; my AC was not working properly. I called Martin Kia and spoke to Kristin (?). She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She called me to ask if I needed an oil change, which I did. She didn't call me back all day, but called early evening, stating that she had been in meetings all day. She stated that since she had not returned my call, Kia would take care of the cost of my oil change! Great surprise and great service. More
