I made appt. for an oil change. At check in, left keys on desk & sat in lobby for 25 min before checked in. NEVER BUY A KIA!! I bought my Kia new in 2013. Last month at 87599 miles the motor blew up. They replaced the motor. WITH A REBUILT MOTOR!!!! They did not inform me that they were going to put a REB month at 87599 miles the motor blew up. They replaced the motor. WITH A REBUILT MOTOR!!!! They did not inform me that they were going to put a REBUILT motor in my car until I went back to pick it up!! And the warranty with the REBUILT motor is 12 months!! I would give 0 stars but it won’t let me More

Excellent Customer Relations Bought my Kia Niro from them in 2018 and have had them do ALL my routine maintenance since. I normally do the routine myself, but with my Niro being a Bought my Kia Niro from them in 2018 and have had them do ALL my routine maintenance since. I normally do the routine myself, but with my Niro being a Hybrid(which I really enjoy the fuel mileage 50+) I have them do it and yet to be disappointed. They always inform me of the things that are due to be done and very reasonable on price. Highly recommend them and having dealt with JerQuel Beam(Service Manager) mostly is an added bonus. More
