My visit with Martin Kia at Bowling Green Ky. My friend, my 4 year old great granddaughter and I were at Martin Kia for a service check on my Kia Sorento on February 28, 2019. I was very pleased with the service department and the service personnel. The young man who took care of us was very knowledgeable about my scheduled visit and showed genuine concern for our needs and comfort during our visit. His personality sure matches his job! We were made very comfortable in the waiting area and were kept informed on what was going on with my car. The service didn’t take very long at all. I was informed on what services were completed and the total cost of the service. I couldn’t have asked for any nicer treatment or for a better service departiment than what I find each time I visit Martin Kia. They’re excellent! More

2019 KIA Sportage purchase I walked in to the Kia dealership wanting to test drive a 2019 Kia Sportage and Carlos " Mr. Make it Happen" immediately let me take he and the vehi I walked in to the Kia dealership wanting to test drive a 2019 Kia Sportage and Carlos " Mr. Make it Happen" immediately let me take he and the vehicle for a test drive. This vehicle drove better than other top SUVs that I had already test driven and Carlos made me a great offer and I purchased the vehicle that day. Made time for me I did not have an appointment but thought I would just stop by and get an appointment for a regular oil change.
